Terms of Service

Vexturr ("we", "us", "the platform") is a marketplace connecting clients with professional motion designers ("sellers" or "creators"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Vexturr is operated by a UK-registered company. These Terms are governed by English law.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vexturr. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or impersonate any person.

Your username is permanent and forms your public profile URL. Choose it carefully — it cannot be changed after signup. Vexturr reserves the right to modify usernames that conflict with platform functionality, reserved routes, or operational requirements. Users will be notified of any such change.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

All prices are listed in USD. When you place an order, payment is held in escrow by Stripe until you approve the delivered work. Vexturr charges a platform fee to sellers on each completed transaction — buyers pay no additional fees.

You authorise Vexturr to charge your payment method for the full order amount at the time of checkout.

Sellers commit to delivering work within the timeframe stated on their service listing. Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If a seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may request a cancellation and full refund.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if the seller has not yet started work, or if they fail to deliver. Once work has been delivered and approved by the buyer, orders are considered complete and non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with a delivery, you should first request a revision. Disputes that cannot be resolved between buyer and seller may be escalated to Vexturr support, whose decision is final.

Upon full payment and order completion, the buyer receives full ownership of the delivered files for commercial use, unless the seller's listing specifies otherwise.

Sellers retain no rights to the delivered work after completion, unless explicitly agreed in writing with the buyer.

Sellers must ensure all assets used in their work (fonts, stock footage, music, etc.) are properly licensed for commercial use and transfer.

You may not use Vexturr to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, pornographic, or harmful. Sellers may decline orders that conflict with their values. Vexturr reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Sellers must deliver work that matches the scope and quality described in their listing. Sellers may not solicit off-platform payments, share client contact information with third parties, or misrepresent their qualifications.

All new services are reviewed and approved by Vexturr before going live to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Vexturr deducts a 20% commission from each seller payout. Payouts are processed 7 days after a buyer approves an order. Sellers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their income in their jurisdiction.

Vexturr acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for the quality, legality, or fitness for purpose of any service delivered by a seller. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in dispute.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
